Blueberry Roll-Ups 


for 12 servings

Blueberry – 3 cups

  1. Place blueberries in a blender or food processor until it has a smooth and thick consistency
  2. Pour the blueberry puree onto a baking tray that is lined with a silicone baking mat until evenly spread
  3. Bake for 6 hours at 175 degrees until the surface is dry
  4. Once cool, place the baking mat onto a cutting board and remove the silicone mat
  5. Roll up the fruit sheet and cut one-inch pieces
  6. Enjoy by yourself or with friends!


Sweet Potato Chips


for 1 serving

Large sweet potato – 1 

Olive oil – 4 tablespoons

Salt – 1/2 teaspoon

Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon 

Dried thyme – 1 teaspoon

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Cut the sweet potato into 1/8 inch pieces. In a medium bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil until fully coated. Add the rest of the seasonings and toss until evenly coated. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet without overlapping the slices.
  4. Bake for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway
  5. Take out tray and let chips cool
  6. Enjoy!
