

Blueberry Roll-Ups
Ingredients
for 12 servings
Blueberry – 3 cups
- Place blueberries in a blender or food processor until it has a smooth and thick consistency
- Pour the blueberry puree onto a baking tray that is lined with a silicone baking mat until evenly spread
- Bake for 6 hours at 175 degrees until the surface is dry
- Once cool, place the baking mat onto a cutting board and remove the silicone mat
- Roll up the fruit sheet and cut one-inch pieces
- Enjoy by yourself or with friends!
Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients
for 1 serving
Large sweet potato – 1
Olive oil – 4 tablespoons
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Dried thyme – 1 teaspoon
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Cut the sweet potato into 1/8 inch pieces. In a medium bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil until fully coated. Add the rest of the seasonings and toss until evenly coated. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet without overlapping the slices.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway
- Take out tray and let chips cool
- Enjoy!
