Class sizes should definitely be smaller. Not only do big classroom sizes affect teachers, but also the students themselves. Smaller classroom sizes can help students, it has been proven that students learn faster and perform better in smaller classes. This is because they get more individual attention. Our average classes are around 35-4o kids, which is a lot for just one teacher. This doesn’t allow any struggling kids to get the attention and support they need. Classroom sizes are one of the top ten challenges currently facing public schools. In the 2010-2011 school year, the maximum amount of kids were 25. Now, with large amounts of students in each class, it can be very chaotic. There has been many researchers who state that many students work better if they are in a smaller class than in a bigger class.  The classroom sizes can also make the teachers feel exhausted.
